At Insiyah Cashmere, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. Each shawl and stole is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our highest standards.

No Refunds

All purchases made through Insiyah Cashmere are final. We do not offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and delivered.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the product.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with exchanges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing videos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. You can share the video at Insiyah.creations@gmail.com .

Insiyah Cashmere reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
