We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unworn and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. As the shawls are delicate, they can easily get damaged. We check each and every piece thoroughly from our end hence make sure the piece is sent back in original condition.
