We currently ship our products across India.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 15 business days under normal circumstances.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

  • During peak seasons, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, shipping and delivery times may be extended.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders with a total cart value of less than ₹8,000 will incur a shipping charge of ₹200.

  • Orders with a total cart value of ₹8,000 and above qualify for free shipping anywhere in India.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details (where applicable) to help you monitor your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Insiyah Cashmere will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
